Addie Celebrates Early

Addie celebrated her birthday at school on December 6th- a little on the early side! But school was only in session one more week, and there was so much going on that we didn't mind going early. Because it doesn't matter when you eat Howling Cow as long as you get to eat it!

Addie was very wise to choose an ice cream treat for her birthday celebration. Most kids choose doughnuts because they are at school in the morning. So ice cream (with sprinkles) was a particularly scandalous treat. The kids loved it!

She was a little embarrassed at all the attention so not many smiles from our girl, but she still had a fun time. She is one of the first kids to turn five in her class so they all were excited to celebrate a birthday.

 

And little brother behaved himself. Actually hardly made a peep as he was inhaling his ice cream...

So the first week of December was a busy birthday one for us...mine was on Monday, Addie's school party was on Thursday, and our little Lukie turned two that Friday!
