Football is Back

It's always an exciting day at the Fork house when that first football Saturday finally arrives. It's better than Christmas day for one member of our family. :)

Cannot handle the cuteness of the cheerleaders and football player...

Fascinated by the smoker...(as his Father fully expects him to be!)

Completely not fascinated by the smoker (more with the pep rally, cool chair and dessert items)…

Pretty sure Brian has been dreaming of this moment for a long time...and it finally happened!

A new twist on pork... :)

The girls did not like the boys playing in the car. But Ward summed it up well, "I push all the buttons!!". 

Brian was able to get a second parking spot in the same lot this year which was a huge coup. But the girls would prefer to pay $20/game to park in a public lot so they could ride in a golf cart to the tailgate site. That wish was denied. So now they just claim to need to use the bathroom at the stadium and try to hitch a ride in a cart to and from their potty break!

The first tailgates are always miserably hot. But we got to hang out with some friends we haven't seen in awhile, watch Luke enjoy his first tailgate party as a toddler, and eat some yummy food. Can't ask for more than that! Let's get this football season started.
