Luke at Four Months

What a difference a month makes! This tiny, sleepy, quiet baby is now gone...

and has been replaced by a wiggly...

smiley...

toy-playing...

book reading...

toe-eating...

giggling...

bath-splashing...

separates-wearing...

baby who NOW SLEEPS IN HIS OWN BED! He did a great job of transitioning from our room to his crib.

Wow, Luke...that is some major progress in a couple of weeks. This baby is alive and alert and makes us smile all day long.

Now if we could just get him to sleep at night...sigh. We have hit a major sleep regression, and it is not pretty. I am up every 2-3 hours with him at night, and it is wearing me down. We tried the Merlin Magic miracle suit...not a miracle. We've tried every kind of swaddle, and nothing changes. I've just decided he's a baby, and I might not be able to figure it out. He will sleep when he's ready (and I'll keep downing the coffee).
