Perhaps I should not get so excited when the power goes out, but I do. Yes, we could get cold fast in February, yes, the kids get a little freaked out by all the darkness, and yes, it does make every household task much harder....
BUT, it is really fun to light up the house with candles, do crazy things like cook chilaquiles with a headlamp, and put on a dramatic in-the-dark concert...so I say- Duke Energy- don't work too fast! We're having some fun over here.
