We had to get a few more adventures in before we headed back to Raleigh, so Dad packed us a picnic and we made the climb back up the mountain. We did a little hike, got a little lost, and then headed over to Hawksnest for some zip lining.
Collins, Brian and I took the plunge, and it was awesome! You zip across eight or so lines whizzing from platform to platform through the woods, across creeks and over vistas. We all loved it!
While we zipped, Dad and Heather took Addie and Luke to find gems. They were thrilled to do this and had to show us all their treasures as soon as they got back.
Couldn't have had any more fun on our day in the mountains!
