Look at these cute kindergartners. They know their K days are numbered, and are so excited. Collins started an official countdown to the last day of school, and we got the updated number every day. :)
I chose to walk in to school everyday to pick up Collins. While this was not always a smooth process (waking a cranky Addie from a nap, balancing Luke on my hip, rain, etc.), it was sweet going to her school everyday and seeing her excited face when we arrived to pick her up. It was also neat getting to know the other pick-up Moms better.
She also had so much fun leaving school with Reeves. They always found each other and would excitedly burst into conversation headed out the door to their respective cars.
There was also running usually involved as Addie and Tyler would try to keep up on their scooters...
I captured these shots the last week of school because I was feeling sentimental. Not much longer will they be the babies at Lacy. The countdown to first grade is on!
